Mathematical algorithm for brain and neural system analysis

Purpose of this study is to elucidate information representation manner in brain and to establish new methodologies for extracting characteristics that are necessary for brain and neural system modeling. In order to achieve the purpose, in this study, mathematical and numerical algorithms are developed for multi-channel system analysis, spike train analysis and coding, non-linear and/or non-stationary system analysis.
